At this time, we are servicing Bismarck and Mandan.

On the day of your scheduled pick-up, a driver will arrive in your scheduled window of time.

Please have your items ready in a cinchable bag (garbage bags work fine). Any stained items should be separated and put in their own bag. We are not able to read individual label washing instructions. Please make sure to double check your pockets! We are not responsible for items lost in the wash or damaged by things left in pockets (chapstick, crayons, markers, pens, lipstick, gum, etc).

From there, you can relax and focus on the more important things in life.

The following day, your driver will bring everything back to you before 6 PM. A text will be sent when your clothes are in route and again, once your delivery has been made.

We recommend using garbage bags (most people use standard 13 gallon garbage bags). Any cinchable bag works perfectly. We cannot accept laundry in baskets or hampers.

Included in your order is a fresh scent detergent or an unscented, hypoallergenic detergent. If you would prefer to send your own detergent, that's fine too!

We do not offer dry cleaning.

To ensure we can provide each client with a great experience, there are items we will not wash. Those items include:

We wash all clothing the same way (cold water, medium heat). Because we use a standard procedure on all clothing, we do not read the care instructions on all clothes. Items that require special methods of cleaning should be kept at home.

Leave the weighing to us! At Fluff & Fold, we use a trade certified scale to determine the weight of your items. Clothes are weighed after being washed and dried. If you want an estimate, you can use your scale at home to weigh clothes before sending them.

Yes, there is a $35 minimum charge.

We offer light stain removal, however we cannot guarantee that all stains will come out. The chances of the stain being removed are higher if we know what it is (coffee, wine, etc). When including stained items in your order, please set them aside in an individual bag (ziploc or grocery bags work fine) with a note on what the stain is.

Your pick up/drop off location should be a location where you feel comfortable leaving your personal items. Customers often leave their orders at their front door or on their porch. Please note that we are not able to enter any houses, apartments, garages, or cars.

Your clothes will never be washed with other orders.

Absolutely! If you do, your items will be delivered on your hangers and either draped over your bagged items, hung on your door knob or hung on your wreath hanger.

Of course! If you would prefer to keep your undergarments private, you can send them in a mesh bag. Your items will then be washed and dried in the mesh bag.
